DOWN LOW has set a milestone for europeanized Hip Hop. Joe Thompson (rapper) and Michael Dalien (Singer) are often refer- red to as the fathers of the "European Hip-Hop"
The guys have been around since 1995, when their debut- single "Vision of Life" went top 20 in the German single charts. 

Hits such as "Johnny B.", "Once Upon A Time", "Moonlight" "Murder", "Potion", and many more were recorded and Joe and Michael were skyrocketed to stardom. After putting DOWN LOW on the map in eastern and western Europe Scandinavia was next on their road to success and DOWN LOW came to tour Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. 

More Awards followed, including an award for sales in Excess of 1,000,000 units. Overall DOWN LOW recorded 17 Hits in Germany.
